1. Acceptance of Terms

We are not liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 578jl, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Any information you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
